 CHAIRMAN PETE KOTT called the House Rules Standing Committee to               
 order at 5:10 p.m.  Members present at the call to order were                 
 Representatives Kott, Vezey, Williams and Elton.

 CHAIRMAN KOTT stated that the committee would take up HB 135,                 
 "An Act relating to dental licensing; extending the termination               
 date of the Board of Dental Examiners; and providing for an                   
 effective date."  He stated that there were no testifers present.             
 He stated that the committee substitute is before the committee and           
 the only change is that the title is tightened.
