REPRESENTATIVE RAMONA BARNES moved and asked for unanimous consent that the security guard contract for $16,700 between the state of Alaska House Rules Committee and Larry Norman Carson with the sole source justification be adopted. The House Rules Committee delegated their signatory responsibilities to the chair, required by Procurement Procedures Section 150(b) and Section 040. There being no objection, it was so ordered. REPRESENTATIVE GAIL PHILLIPS moved and asked unanimous consent that the nighttime security reimbursable services agreement (RSA) between the Department of Safety (DPS) and the Legislative Affairs Agency for $11,040 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. REPRESENTATIVE BARNES moved and asked unanimous consent that the copier maintenance for the two Pitney Bowes and the three Xerox 1090's be approved.
