DAN COFFEY, Chairman for the Alaska  Board of Fisheries, explained                                                              
the Alaska Board of Fisheries process and answered questions.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
DR. JOHN WHITE,  Vice-Chairman for the Alaska  Board of Fisheries,                                                              
discussed  the  Alaska Board  of  Fisheries process  and  answered                                                              
questions.
