SUMMARY OF INFORMATION  PAUL FUHS, Lobbyist for Yukon Pacific Corporation (YPC), gave a PowerPoint briefing, accompanied by a handout titled "Presentation on the TAGS Small Project," based on a Trans- Alaska Gas System using a 30-inch pipeline. Discussion included the history of YPC in Alaska, major permits in place, detailed economic models, three products - methane, ethane, and propane - going to six markets, the facility in Valdez, capital cost estimates, gas available for in-state use, and a spur line to Anchorage. ANNOUNCEMENTS  There were no announcements. COMMITTEE ACTION  The committee took no action.
