Representative(s) Ryan arrived as the meeting was in progress. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION BILL DEVON, Citizen, discussed his situation of abuse by the Department of Environmental Conservation's (DEC) Wasilla Office and answered the committee's questions. VIRGIL NORTON, Project Manager, River Terrace Soldotna Site, McGahan Water System, discussed his experience and the concerns of Mr. McGahan with the DEC. He answered the committee's questions. ROBERT BANNON, Stock Holder, Sure-Way Incineration, discussed his experiences with the DEC. BILL SCHOEPHOESTER, Employee, Petro Marine Services, discussed his views on what the DEC needs to do to better serve the public. COMMITTEE ACTION The committee took no action.
