SUMMARY OF INFORMATION  JUDY BRADY, Executive Director, Alaska Oil and Gas Association (AOGA), made opening remarks and gave a brief overview regarding the agency's goals, missions, and objectives. KEN DONAJKOWSKI, Manager of Health, Safety and Environment; ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., presented a slide overview of the environmental requirements and challenges for oil and gas in Alaska and answered members' questions. DAN SECKERS, Senior Tax Attorney, ExxonMobil Production Company, presented a slide overview of taxes and royalties on the oil and gas industry in Alaska and answered members' questions.   ANNOUNCEMENTS  There were no announcements. COMMITTEE ACTION  The committee took no action. ADJOURNMENT  The House Special Committee on Oil and Gas took an at-ease at 4:20 p.m. in order to prepare for the regular meeting.
