Committee on Oil  and Gas at 3:15 p.m.   Representatives Kohring,                                                               
Chenault, Fate,  McGuire, and Rokeberg  were present at  the call

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
JUDY BRADY,  Executive Director,  Alaska Oil and  Gas Association                                                               
(AOGA), made opening remarks and  gave a brief overview regarding                                                               
the agency's goals, missions, and objectives.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
KEN  DONAJKOWSKI,  Manager  of Health,  Safety  and  Environment;                                                               
ConocoPhillips Alaska,  Inc., presented  a slide overview  of the                                                               
environmental  requirements and  challenges  for oil  and gas  in                                                               
Alaska and answered members' questions.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
DAN SECKERS, Senior Tax  Attorney, ExxonMobil Production Company,                                                               
presented a slide overview of taxes  and royalties on the oil and                                                               
gas industry in Alaska and answered members' questions.
