JIM  DODSON,  Executive  Vice  President,  Andex  Resources  LLC,                                                               
offered a  presentation.  Discussion included  a company profile,                                                               
a  business model,  the management  team, investment  objectives,                                                               
drilling  and   production  activity,  interest  in   the  Nenana                                                               
sedimentary basin  of Interior Alaska, the  Fairbanks gas market,                                                               
and what  the State  of Alaska  can do to  help new  explorers of                                                               
this type.  A handout was provided.
