OVERVIEW  PRESENTATION BY  THE ALASKA  OIL  AND GAS  CONSERVATION                                                             
COMMISSION                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
An  overview was  given by  the Alaska  Oil and  Gas Conservation                                                               
Commission (AOGCC).   Topics  included AOGCC's  mission, history,                                                               
primary services, customers, key  initiatives, and projects.  The                                                               
first segment was  followed by an in-depth  presentation on basic                                                               
drilling and completion operations.  Presenters were:

OIL AND GAS SUBCOMMITTEE REPORT                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
REPRESENTATIVE  FATE presented  a written  preliminary report  on                                                               
information gathered by the Oil  and Gas Subcommittee [consisting                                                               
of  Representatives  Fate, Dyson,  and  Joule].   The  report  is                                                               
titled  "Feasibility of  Natural  Gas Distribution  to the  Yukon                                                               
River Valley and its Applicability to other Rural Areas."
