SUMMARY OF INFORMATION    OVERVIEW PRESENTATION BY THE ALASKA OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION An overview was given by the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC). Topics included AOGCC's mission, history, primary services, customers, key initiatives, and projects. The first segment was followed by an in-depth presentation on basic drilling and completion operations. Presenters were: JULIE HEUSSER, Commission Designee, Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission [see also the questions and answers during Ms. Heusser's confirmation hearing, found in the 8:07 a.m. minutes for this same date] DAN SEAMOUNT, Commissioner, Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission OIL AND GAS SUBCOMMITTEE REPORT REPRESENTATIVE FATE presented a written preliminary report on information gathered by the Oil and Gas Subcommittee [consisting of Representatives Fate, Dyson, and Joule]. The report is titled "Feasibility of Natural Gas Distribution to the Yukon River Valley and its Applicability to other Rural Areas." ANNOUNCEMENTS  There were no announcements.  COMMITTEE ACTION  The committee took no action.
