  and Kemplen.  Representatives Brice and Ogan arrived as the

  SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
  RICHARD CAMPBELL, President of BP Alaska, gave a presentation                                                                 
  to the committee regarding the effect of low oil prices, oil                                                                  
  production, North Slope gas, Alaska's tax structure, and the                                                                  
  company's commitment to the state.  In addition, Mr. Campbell                                                                 
  answered questions from committee members.
