Representative(s) Rokeberg, Kemplen and Brice arrived as the meeting was in progress. Other legislators present were Representative Kubina and Senator Wilken. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION HANK HOVE, Mayor of Fairbanks, testified regarding the potential social economic impacts of a project the scale of the gas pipeline from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez. He discussed possible tax structures to increase the economic feasibility of the gas project. DAVE COBB, Mayor of Valdez, testified regarding the potential social economic impacts of a project the scale of the gas pipeline from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez.
