Representative(s) Ogan arrived as the meeting was in progress. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION WILSON CONDON, Commissioner, Department of Revenue, presented his opening remarks. DEBBIE SEDWICK, Assistant Commissioner, Division of Trade and Development, Department of Commerce and Economic Development, introduced Alaska's overseas representatives and explained each representative's country's role in the liquid natural gas market. KOJIRO ABE, Tokyo Trade Representative, State of Alaska, discussed the energy market in Japan for Alaska's energy resources. MARIKO KURODA, Japan Energy Specialist, State of Alaska, answered the committee's questions on the extension of energy contracts. K.S. YANG, Korean Trade Representative, State of Alaska, discussed the energy market in Korea and answered the committee's questions on his testimony. IDA YAO, Taiwan Trade Representative, State of Alaska, presented an overview on Taiwan's energy market. COMMITTEE ACTION The committee took no action.
