Representative(s) Mulder, Nicholia and Foster arrived as the meeting was in progress. Other legislators present were Senator Kelly. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION BRIAN KENNEDY, Clairmont Institute, discussed the institute's project on missile defense and answered questions. DAVID TANKS, Foreign Policy Analysis, Clairmont Institute, discussed the missile threat at a tactile and strategical level, and how it affects Alaska. He answered questions on his testimony. DAVID FINE, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, discussed the events prior to the end of the Cold War, Russia's and China's intent of world order and strategic threat. He answered questions on his testimony. COMMITTEE ACTION The committee took no action.
