Also present were Representatives Carpenter and Coulombe. ^EXECUTIVE SESSION EXECUTIVE SESSION    1:07:29 PM CHAIR SUMNER announced that the only order of business would be an executive session to discuss matters related to the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC). 1:07:38 PM REPRESENTATIVE RUFFRIDGE moved and asked unanimous consent that the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee go into executive session under Uniform Rule 22(b)(3) for the discussion of matters that may, by law, be required to be confidential. He asked that the following persons remain in the room or online: the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee members; Representative Coulombe; Representative Carpenter; and the members present from AGDC.
