HB 372-ELIMINATE MINIMUM WAGE EXEMPTION  2:46:16 PM CHAIR CLAMAN announced that the only order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 372, "An Act relating to exemptions from minimum wage." REPRESENTATIVE SNYDER expressed her pleasure at the opportunity to update the statute [as proposed by HB 372]. 2:46:56 PM REPRESENTATIVE SNYDER moved to report HB 372 out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes.
