SUMMARY OF INFORMATION  TED ABRAM, President, American Institute for Full Employment, presented an overview of the Oregon model for welfare changes. SANDIE HOBACK, Consultant, American Institute for Full Employment, presented how the Oregon model was implemented successfully in twelve other states. JONATHON R. HOBBS, American Institute for Full Employment, explained how the assessment of the States Welfare system is accomplished. ANNOUNCEMENTS  No announcements were made.
