SUMMARY OF INFORMATION  MATTHEW TURNER, Program Coordinator, Division of Family and Youth Services, Department of Health and Social Services, presented an overview of the Independent Living program. This program is designed to provide support to those youth who are aging out of foster care. THERESA TANOURY, Director, Central Office, Division of Family and Youth Services, Department of Health and Social Services, presented an overview of foster care.
