Representative Brice arrived at 3:20 p.m. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION DEBRA M. RUSSELL, President, Brain Injury Association of Alaska, discussed some of the problems people with brain injuries are currently experiencing in the state of Alaska and presented some statistics. RICHARD WARRINGTON, Vice President, Brain Injury Association of Alaska, discussed grant monies that are available and requested the support of the legislature in qualifying for these grants. COMMITTEE ACTION The committee took no action. ADJOURNMENT CHAIRMAN BUNDE called an at-ease at 3:38 p.m. and reconvened the House Health, Educationa and Social Services Standing Committee at 3:39 p.m. to take action of legislative bills scheduled for action.
