VEZEY said he still has concerns regarding how the Department of Administration (DOA) is handling the funds involved. He reiterated that his concerns are unrelated to the intent of the bill. Number 076 CHAIR TOOHEY asked if the committee would like to accept the recommendations of the subcommittee. REP. BUNDE made a motion to accept the recommendation of the subcommittee report and to pass SB 160 out committee. CHAIR TOOHEY asked the pleasure of the committee. REP. She then asked LYNNE SMITH if there was any correspondence regarding the confirmations.
