CO-CHAIR JUSTIN PARISH called the House Community and Regional
Affairs Standing Committee meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.
Representatives Drummond, Zulkoski, and Parish were present at
the call to order. Representative Rauscher arrived as the
meeting was in progress.
[The committee took an at-ease from 8:07 a.m. to 8:12 a.m. to
await a quorum.]
SB 174-PROGRAMS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

CO-CHAIR PARISH announced that the only order of business would
be SENATE BILL NO. 174, "An Act relating to the duties of the
Department of Health and Social Services; and relating to the
administration of programs for persons with physical and mental
disabilities."

CO-CHAIR ZULKOSKI moved to report SB 174 out of committee with
individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes.
[The motion included "as amended," although the committee had
not amended SB 174.]
