CHAIR EGAN  announced HJR  13 to be  up for  consideration [CSHJR                                                               
13(TRA) was before the committee].                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  DYSON moved  to report  CSHJR 13  from committee  to the                                                               
next  committee  of  referral  with  attached  fiscal  notes  and                                                               
individual  recommendations. There  was no  objections and  CSHJR                                                               
13(TRA)  was reported  from  the  Senate Transportation  Standing                                                               
Committee.
