CHAIR EGAN  announced consideration of  HB 15 and  requested that                                                               
Senator Dyson withdraw Amendment 1.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR DYSON withdrew Amendment  1, labeled 28-LS0058\A.2. There                                                               
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  DYSON  moved  to  report   HB  15  from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations  and the attached fiscal  notes. There                                                               
being  no  objection,   HB  15  was  reported   from  the  Senate                                                               
Transportation Standing Committee.
