HB 507am-NAMING TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES & AREAS                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  TAYLOR moved to  adopt a  proposed committee  substitute,                                                              
labeled  Utermohle   22-LS1601\L,  (Version  L)  as   the  working                                                              
document before the committee.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN COWDERY announced that hearing  no objections, the motion                                                              
carried.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR TAYLOR  explained that Version L contains  some additional                                                              
sections,  that  being  the  Mail  Carrier  Emil  Wegner  Memorial                                                              
Corridor, the  Wendy Cogdell Memorial  Rest Area, and  the Katelyn                                                              
Ohmer Markley Bridge.  He asked members to note  that the original                                                              
bill  contained  the  Officer Justin  Todd  Wollam  Memorial  Bike                                                              
Trail. He  then moved SCS HB  507(TRA), Version L,  from committee                                                              
with individual recommendations.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN  COWDERY   announced  that  without  objection,   SCS  HB                                                              
507(TRA) moved  from committee. With  no further business  to come                                                              
before the committee, he adjourned the meeting at 7:36 p.m.
