Senator  Kelly  moved  that  SJR   29  (FEDERAL  MANDATE  OF                 
  MOTORCYCLE   HELMETS)  be   passed   out   of   the   Senate                 
  Transportation  Committee  with  individual recommendations.                 
  Hearing no objection, the motion carried.
