CHAIR DUNLEAVY called  the committee back to  order and announced                                                               
the  consideration of  SB 1.  He noted  that the  committee heard

SENATOR  GIESSEL moved  to report  CSSB 1(STA),  version D,  from                                                               
committee  with individual  recommendations  and attached  fiscal
