CSHB 2003(FIN)-SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION GRANTS/BOND REIMBURS.                                                                
                                                                                                                              
CHAIRMAN  PHILLIPS   announced  CSHB   2003(FIN)  to  be   up  for                                                              
consideration.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR   THERRIAULT   moved  to   adopt   a  proposed   committee                                                              
substitute,  SCS CSHB 2003(RLS),  as the  working document  before                                                              
the committee. There were no objections and it was so ordered.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
MR. MIKE FORD, legislative counsel, reviewed the changes in the                                                                 
CS for the committee.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR HALFORD moved to pass SCS CSHB 2003(RLS) from committee                                                                 
with individual recommendations. There were no objections and it                                                                
was so ordered.
