COUNCIL and any accompanying fiscal notes at the Chairman's

SENATOR COWDERY asked if this bill differs from the earlier bill                                                                
[SB 54].                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS said he does not believe there is any difference.
