SENATOR  COWDERY moved  to  calendar HB  196-RIGHT  OF ACTION  FOR                                                          
LEGAL  SEPARATION  with  its  accompanying   fiscal  note  at  the

SENATOR  THERRIAULT  asked  whether  this  proposal  differs  from                                                              
Senator Wilken's proposal.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
MR. WES KELLER,  staff to Representative Dyson,  sponsor, said the                                                              
two proposals are identical.
