CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE  announced that the Senate HESS  Committee adopted                                                            
a  committee  substitute  for  CSHB  115(HES)-EMERGENCY   COMMITMENT                                                        
ORDERS AND TREATMENT.

objection, the motion carried.
