CHAIRWOMAN   PEARCE  announced   that  a   Senate  Rules   Committee                                                            
substitute  (Version U) was  prepared for  HB 177-CAMPAIGN  FINANCE:                                                        
GROUPS & DISCLOSURE.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to adopt SCS CSHB 177(RLS)  as the working                                                            
document of the  committee.  With no objection, the  motion carried.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
There being no  questions or testimony, SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to                                                            
calendar SCS CSHB 177(RLS) with its accompanying fiscal note.

The  motion to  calendar SCS  CSHB  177(RLS) carried  with  Senators                                                            
Phillips, Cowdery,  Therriault and Pearce voting "yea,"  and Senator                                                            
Ellis voting "nay."
