CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced that  a new fiscal note (number  2) was                                                            
prepared for SB 198, which needs to be adopted.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
MR.  PAT CARTER,  Senate Rules  Committee  aide,  explained the  new                                                            
fiscal note reflects the  adjustment in the number of members on the                                                            
council.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar all Senate versions of SB 198-                                                            
STATEWIDE  SUICIDE PREVENTION  COUNCIL with  the appropriate  fiscal                                                        
note (number 2).  There being no objection, the motion carried.
