CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE  announced that a committee substitute  to SB 121-                                                        
RIGHT-OF-WAY  LEASING  ACT  was  adopted  by  the  Senate  Resources                                                        
Committee and that the bill has a zero fiscal note.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to  calendar all versions  of SB 121.   There                                                            
being no objection, the motion carried.
