Donley,  was  before  the  committee  and  that  the  State  Affairs                                                            
Committee amended the resolution.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to  calendar SJR 17  and asked for  unanimous                                                            
consent.  There being no objection, the motion carried.
