CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced SB 133-PUBLIC  SCHOOL COMPETENCY  EXAM,                                                        
introduced  by the Senate HESS Committee,  was before the  committee                                                            
and that the HESS Committee adopted a committee substitute.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to  calendar SB 133  and asked for  unanimous                                                            
consent.  There being no objection, the motion carried.
