CHAIR  PEARCE announced  that SB   80-APPROP:  SPECIAL OLYMPICS  was                                                        
before the committee for calendaring.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT asked about the changes made in CSSB 80(FIN).                                                                
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  PEARCE explained  that  the Senate  Finance  Committee  added                                                            
language  saying the unexpended  portion of  the appropriation  will                                                            
lapse.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to approve  SB 80 for calendaring.   There                                                            
being no objection, the motion carried.
