The next order of business  to come before the committee was SJR 12-                                                          
ELIMINATE  MARRIAGE  TAX  PENALTY.   There  being  no  questions  or                                                          
discussion,  SENATOR PHILLIPS  moved  to calendar  SJR 12.   Without                                                            
objection, the motion carried.
