SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar, at the Chairman's discretion, HB                                                               
287-APPROPRIATIONS: SCHOOLS/UNIV./HARBORS with individual

SENATOR ELLIS objected and asked whether the bond bills reflect the                                                             
versions that will be before the Senate on the floor.  He expressed                                                             
concern that the Senate Finance Committee discussed conceptual                                                                  
amendments.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY answered the final Senate Finance Committee versions                                                             
will be available on the Senate floor.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS removed his objection therefore the motion to                                                                     
calendar HB 287 carried.
