SENATOR LEMAN moved to insert the text of HB 155 into the body of                                                               
CSHB 163, thus creating a SCS CSHB 163(RLS).  Without objection,                                                                
the motion carried.

recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at                                                                
the Chairman's discretion.  Without objection, the motion carried.
