HB 346-SERVICES FOR DISABLED PERSONS                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS moved CSHB 346(HES) with individual recommendations                                                               
and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at the Chairman's                                                                 
discretion.  CHAIRMAN KELLY objected.  The motion carried with                                                                  
Senators Ellis, Miller, Leman, and Pearce voting "Yea," and                                                                     
Chairman Kelly voting "Nay."
