HJR 56-CONST. AM: WILDLIFE INITIATIVES                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved HJR 56 with individual recommendations and                                                                  
accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at the Chairman's                                                                     
discretion.  SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion carried with                                                                   
Senators Kelly, Miller, and Leman voting "Yea", and Senator Ellis                                                               
voting "Nay."
