SB 294-CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMIT AMENDMENTS                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MILLER moved all versions of SB 294 with individual                                                                     
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at                                                                
the Chairman's discretion.  The motion carried with Senators                                                                    
Pearce, Miller, and Kelly voting "Yea", and Senator Ellis voting                                                                
"Nay."
