SENATOR PEARCE moved to calendar all versions of SB 267-MANAGEMENT                                                              
OF GAME with attached fiscal notes and individual recommendations                                                               
at the discretion of the Chairman.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion to calendar SB 267 carried with                                                             
Senators Ellis and Kelly originally voting "nay," and Senators                                                                  
Pearce and Miller voting "yea."  SENATOR KELLY then changed his                                                                 
vote to "yea."
