SENATOR PEARCE asked the amount of the fiscal note for SB 73.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN replied the fiscal note was reduced by the Senate                                                                 
Finance Committee but he did not recall the amount.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE suggested that SB 287 be reported out for                                                                        
calendaring but that committee members discuss with Senators                                                                    
Torgerson and Parnell the fiscal notes before it is scheduled.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS moved to calendar all versions of SB  73-ASSISTED                                                                 
LIVING FACILITIES with individual recommendations and attached                                                                  
fiscal notes at the Chairman's discretion.  There being no                                                                      
objection, the motion carried.
