SENATOR MILLER moved to calendar, at the Chairman's discretion, all                                                             
versions of SB 123-ATTY FEES:APPORTIONMT/PUBLIC INT.LITIGANT with                                                               
individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion carried with Senators Leman,                                                                
Miller, and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay."
