SCR 15-ALCOHOL-RELATED BIRTH DEFECTS AWARENESS                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS stated the sponsor had a proposed amendment to SCR 15                                                             
that was requested by the Advisory Board on Alcoholism & Drug                                                                   
Abuse.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LINCOLN stated that the word "treatment" needed to be                                                                   
inserted into the SCR.  Senator Lincoln explained SCR 15 will                                                                   
promote preventive treatment.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS moved amendment #1.  Without objection amendment #1                                                               
was adopted.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SCR 15 with individual                                                                      
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at                                                                
the Chairman's discretion.  There being no objection, the motion                                                                
carried.
