SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SB 194 with individual                                                                      
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at                                                                
the Chairman's discretion.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
MR. DAVE GRAY, Staff Aide to Senator Jerry Mackie, explained the
