SJR 27-CONST. AM: REVISIONS OF CONSTITUTION                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE moved all versions of SJR 27 with individual                                                                     
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes to be calendared at                                                               
the Chairman's discretion.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected.                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY stated the motion carried with Senators Leman,                                                                   
Pearce, Miller, and Kelly voting "Yea;" and Senator Ellis voting                                                                
"Nay."  There being no further objection, the motion carried.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
There being no further business to come before the Senate Rules                                                                 
Committee, CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 11:27 a.m.
