CHAIRMAN KELLY asked Senator Pearce about waiting to calendar SB

SENATOR PEARCE replied she would like to wait until Monday,                                                                     
February 21, 2000 to calendar SB 176.  Senator Pearce also replied                                                              
she would like to bring SB 176 to the floor as a Labor & Commerce                                                               
Committee Substitute.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE moved to calendar all versions of SB 176-SEX                                                                     
DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTH CLUBS, with individual recommendations and                                                             
accompanying fiscal notes.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected and asked if the Labor & Commerce version                                                                
takes care of Senator Leman's objection about private and public                                                                
sector differences.  Senator Ellis removed his objection.  Without                                                              
further objection, CHAIRMAN KELLY announced SB 176 would be                                                                     
calendared the following week.
