SENATOR LEMAN moved to report SJR 8 from the Rules Committee for                                                                
calendaring.  SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion carried with                                                                  
Senators Leman, Miller, Pearce and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator                                                              
Ellis voting "nay."
