CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SB 70  (DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM AT BLDGS.)           
 before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the will           
 of the committee.                                                             
                                                                               
  SENATOR TAYLOR  moved SB 70 be approved for calendaring at the               
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
