CHAIRMAN KELLY brought  SB 137  (EXEMPT VOL. EMT/FIRE FGTR WAGE &             
 HOUR LAW) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked              
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR TAYLOR moved SB 137 be approved for calendaring at the                
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
